Application for International Conference on the Lesser Spotted Eagle now open

Latvian Fund for Nature and the project team of EU LIFE+ project LIFE13 NAT/LV/001078 “Conservation arrangements for Lesser Spotted Eagle in Latvia” (LIFE AQPOM) invites experts from all over the Europe to the International Conference on the Lesser Spotted Eagle. The conference aims to gather species experts from all European range countries to share their experience.

Conference will take place online via the meeting platform ZOOM from 9th to 10th of September 2021.

The conference will conclude the project activities and showcase its results, presented by all four project partners, and will focus on dissemination of gained experience and discussion of future perspectives of conservation of LSE across the breeding range. It will cover such topics as: LSE species population size, status and local trends, breeding ecology, conservation, habitat management, migration and other.
